• Managing and operating the grill station
• Preparing steaks and premium meat products to perfection
• Monitoring cooking levels and product quality
• Ensuring smooth kitchen operations during service
• Maintaining hygiene and quality standards
• Supporting mise en place, stock control, and station organization

• Perfekte Zubereitung von Steaks und Premium-Fleischprodukten
• Kontrolle von Gargraden und Produktqualität
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs
• Einhaltung aller Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
• Unterstützung bei Mise en Place, Warenkontrolle und Organisation

• Previous experience as a Grill Chef, Chef de Partie, or similar role
• Experience handling premium meat products and specialty cuts
• Josper Grill experience is an advantage
• Dry-aging knowledge is a plus
• Passion for premium gastronomy and steakhouse culture
• Independent and reliable working style
• Strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure
• English language skills are required
• German language skills are an advantage

• Berufserfahrung als Grillkoch, Chef de Partie oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
• Erfahrung mit hochwertigen Fleischprodukten und Premium-Cuts
• Erfahrung am Josper Grill von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Dry Aging von Vorteil
• Leidenschaft für hochwertige Gastronomie und Steak-Kultur
• Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
• Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
